F.C. Barcelona and Youngster Lamine Yamal on Top 

F.C. Barcelona is off to a hot start (4-0-0) in the 2024 La Liga title race sitting in first place with much praise being given to the 17-Year-Old Starboy, Lamine Yamal. The young teenager has been in phenomenal form, tallying an impressive 4 assists 1 goal in 4 matches making him the leader in assists in Europe’s top 5 leagues. Yamal has seemed to pick up right where he left off, coming off an impressive Euros debut where he played a major role in the tournament helping his national team win their fourth European Championship. All eyes are on Lamine Yamal and F.C. Barcelona as they head into their fifth league game against last year’s runner-up, Girona F.C. Let’s see if they can continue their form and move to 5-0-0 on the league. Regardless of team form, leading Europe in assists at 17 years of age is insane but it feels like it is just the start for Yamal.

  Messi Shines in Argentina’s Impressive 6-0 Win Against Bolivia          Lionel Messi has yet again shown why he is the greatest player of all time. Argentina faced off against Bolivia in a 2026 World Cup qualifying match this past Tuesday, October 15 th , 2024, in Buenos Aires . The Argentine delivered a beautiful hattrick and registered 2 assists in a dominant 6-0 win. With yet another hattrick for the 37-year-old, he is now tied with his career-long rival, Cristiano Ronaldo in International Hattricks with a staggering 10 Hattricks! Also, with his 5 total goal cont ributions he is now even with Ronaldo for the total goal contributions in International Soccer with 169 goals and assists. Lionel Messi surely spun back the clock with this performance, and he proved yet again why he is considered the ‘Greatest of All Time ”. My advice to you all is to take it in while he is still playing , as he is getting closer to retirement.   ...

  Captain America Shines in U.S. Victory Over Jamaica         On Monday, November 18 th , The U.S Men’s National Team defeated Jamaica 4-2 to advance to the Semi-Finals of the CONCACAF Nations League . The U.S. looked to continue their momentum after defeating Jamaica 1-0 in Kingston during the first leg of the quarterfinals. The U.S was led by their star player, Christian Pulisic , who broke the deadlock in the 14 th minute of the match with an assist coming from Juventus player, Weston McKinnie . The U.S did not let up and bagged another 2 goals shortly after . Going into halftime the U.S was up by an impressive 3 goal margin. The final score ended 4-2 and the USMNT move on to the sem i-finals where they will face off against Panama in a 2-leg fixture.
